We Indians are known to the outside world as a nation known for its unity in variety for various reasons ,we are known for our respect and love for elders ,our love for other religions and races. We belong to the race which said " hate the sin and never the sinner " .And yet we are unable to tolerate the minor things that people do to us.It has come to a time when crude abuses have become the happening thing to do whether the situation seems appropriate or inappropriate . Despite being known for our culture and values, that is the very thing we dearth the most today. Forget about ahimsa and tolerance but when you hear children call their teachers abuses ,abuses you till today perhaps never came to use .When you see people disrespect (ok forget the need to respect)outright insult the people who give you the knowledge of things which you will be doing for the rest of your life without substantial reason that is when you must wonder ,are we heading in the right direction?Are...

All of us are born as cute innocent babies,untouched,unscathed by the ravages of time.When we are born we have zero experience of what the world holds for us ,what happiness and grief people are capable enough to bring us.What we love and whom we love is made by the free interactions we have with people and things.But ironically we do not realize so often that people are all not what we believe them to be.We do not realize that people change with time ,experiences and interaction.They change for their own good or their own destruction.And once they have changed they cannot go back to be what they used to be ,they have changed forever.That tiny word or action that another would have told you have set things in motion,we the innocent child no longer stay innocent.As we pass through life we know what it is to love,to loose,to feel resentment,anger ,pain,sadness,happiness and jelousy.We no longer remain carefree despite wanting to,we no longer know the nestled arm of our parents although ...

Recently I've been working on a project which has  made  me understand that all of us are capable of many things ,infinite possibilities if we just give it a try. We often pull ourselves back because we think we cannot do things ,because we cannot imagine ourselves doing it .And yet the very moment we push ourselves and imagine ourselves doing the very same things that is, when we truly connect with our own inner spirit .We believe that we are capable of better things .There is nothing in this world that is more exclusive to a person than their own spirit ,their own soul,the core of their very own existence. So guys give a little push to each other ,be a little kind ,do the things that matter to you the most ,and make sure you're happy doing them .... why the name??? A lotus petal is something that a lot of us Hindus worship and associate with our gods and godesses.it is often offered to the worshipped deity in return for various favors,kindness,or maybe just to keep the family healthy and well .And it is something often correlated with water and rarely or almost never with air.But once it is out of water a single lotus petal can fly .likewise we all have the ability and dynamic energy to come out of our environment where we appear quite normal or maybe at times too abnormal.Once we are outside that environment we may not know what awaits us but indeed those experiences change us for a lifetime .we no longer remain the frog in the small tiny pond rather we become an eagle at flight or a dolphin in the sea.
